DEMAND A CEACEFIRE NOW.    DEMAND THAT AID BE BROUGHT INTO GAZA BY HELOCOPTER

Looking your avoidance of the Gaza situation makes me sick at my stomach.   You completely ignore history of Israel/Palestine since 1978.  You Pettersen and Lamborn divert to Iran instead of dealing with the immediate crisis in Gaza.  It has been devastating for Palestinians.  It isn’t a ‘one of.’   It is a policy of unrelenting abuse.

Israel is the occupying power that has an obligation to protect the people in the  blockaded land.   Israel has been bombing and attacking Gaza since the occupation began 13 years ago.  Israel has controlled life in Gaza, by limiting food, water, medicine, movement, fishing, farming, and even the flow of sewage.  They can’t get materials needed to fix the damage caused by IDF raids and repeated aerial bombing.   This Israeli policy is called “mowing the grass.”  It is blessed by successive American administrations.

The tools that Israel has to abuse people in Gaza and the West Bank are myriad.  Let’s look:   F-16s from the US, drones, US made helicopters, and tanks. There are two US Aircraft Carriers off shore with hundreds of planes for strafing and bombing.  Apartheid Israel gets about $11 million each day from America to keep the death machine running.  Now, Biden asks Congress for billions more.

West Bank Palestine and Gaza have none of these tools of death.   Ah but, they have hostages, which is a war crime.  So does Israel, in Israeli jails.  Thousands languish without charge, picked off at check points or picked off wherever the IDF decides to be.

When Gazans fight back, they are called terrorists.  The word Hamas is used in a way that any Palestinian is an enemy and deserves death or worse.

”…killing innocent people….”      Non-stop aerial bombing is killing innocent people.

You,  Hickenlooper, Bennet, Biden, Blinken are all a part of this killing machine.  STOP.

 Stop Biden’s kowtowing to Netanyahu.   Israel is not a state.
