Denver City Council Member Sarah Parady’s Letter To The Colorado Congressional Delegation: Support A Ceasefire; Cut U.S. Military Aid To Israel

December 3, 2023. Jewish youth with Jewish Voice for Peace and three alter-kocker supporters close down Speer Blvd and Champa St. calling for an immediate cease fire that thirteen months later still has not happened.

Sarah Parady  sits on the Denver City Council. Along with a few other members of the Council, she worked to try to get a ceasefire resolution passed. However the effort failed as considerable pressure was put on the Council to kill the bill.

Now a year later, Parady, sticking to her guns as to the importance of achieving a ceasefire and stopping the U.S. sponsored Israeli genocide and ethnic cleansing of Gaza Palestinians which continues unabated.

This is an excellent, carefully crafted statement.
